Subscription and free access
Free + ProWhat you can do without paying, what Pro adds, and every way to get Pro — including the ones that cost nothing.
1What is Free and what is Pro
Free covers your dashboard and building and keeping your data: Dashboard, Visits, Products, Clinics, Doctors and Targets, importing spreadsheets and List ZIPs, manual Google Drive backup and restore, and the full CSV export of everything you have entered.
Pro is the daily field kit: auto-generating and rearranging the Weekly Plan, printing and emailing Reports, recording in Sales, Debts & Payments, Samples and Expenses, plus proximity sorting, per-clinic product targets, and scheduled automatic backup.
Pro screens open for Free users too; the subscription panel appears only when you use a Pro action.
2Try Pro without paying anything
On first launch, Start free gives you a 30-day free trial of every Pro feature on this device. No store account, no payment method, nothing to cancel. When it ends, the Free features keep working.
There is one free trial per device: reinstalling the app does not start a new one, but restoring your Google Drive backup continues the one you had. There is no separate store trial.
3Subscribe monthly or yearly
Subscribe to Pro on the welcome screen, or Settings → subscription, shows the plans. Monthly and Yearly renew automatically through Apple or Google; tick Pay once — no auto-renewal to buy a single month or year instead. Lifetime is one payment.
Auto-renewing plans can be cancelled anytime: Settings → subscription → Manage subscription in the store. A pay-once plan simply ends; you can renew it from 3 days before it ends, and the app reminds you.
4Or buy Lifetime once
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that never expires. Because there is no renewal date to move, it cannot be extended with referral points.
5Restore on a new phone
Restore purchases from this store asks the store you are currently signed in to; it brings back auto-renewing plans, Lifetime and Android pay-once plans. An iPhone pay-once plan comes back only through the cross-platform restore, which identifies you by the Google account linked to Drive — connect Google before you reinstall.
Restoring a purchase does not restore your data. That comes from Settings → Database Backup & Restore → Restore latest backup.
6Make a paid plan cheaper with referrals
Once you are on a paid plan, redeem 200-point blocks for 7 more days each — see Invite and get invited. On an auto-renewing plan the renewal date moves; on a pay-once plan the end date moves. That is how referrals lower what you actually pay.
Points cannot be used during the free trial or on Lifetime.
